We had a great time last year. A couple of different activities we did went fabulously, namely the Bring Your Dead Computer Back To Life Day and the Xonotic gaming session we did spring term.
One upcoming thing I am very excited about is the Welcome Day event
Wednesday, September 19, 2012 • 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., at LBCC Albany Campus: we will be manning a booth to show off just how classy/enjoyable open source software can be.
We have lots of ideas that we are getting ready to
throw into gear involving some pretty amazing organizations and people
(think Diaspora, Jamendo, Github, Sourceforge, and Mozilla). Please leave us a comment bellow if you would like to be involved or if you have some input for us.
